Your Satisfaction is our Goal
Satisfaction with your Office Furniture is our only goal. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us 631-270-4488. Your Customer Care associate may be able to help.
All products offered on the LPS Office Interiors website are new and backed by the warranties indicated on the product page as part of the product description. If you have any questions regarding the product warranty please contact Consumer Services at 631-270-4488.
We can help you with parts or the processing of a return in the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or defective. Replacement parts are offered at no charge. To facilitate your satisfaction, please identify the damaged part using the assembly instructions provided in the product package. If the item has been damaged beyond repair the product can be returned for a replacement item or credit according to our Standard Return Policy.
To replace any defective or damaged items, arrangements will be made to ship either a complete unit or the needed part. We will help to arrange a delivery company to pick-up and return to us any product that is damaged or defective.
Credits will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item. LPS Office Interiors will not accept or provide credit for returns after 2 business days of delivery.
At LPS Office Interiors, we strive for quality in every piece we make. We inspect all items before they leave our facilities. These products have been designed and engineered to be rugged and reliable. Should we fall short, we will stand behind the product and make it right. Standard Return Policy
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us at 631-270-4488. A Consumer Service associate may be able to help resolve the problem without requiring a return of the item. LPS Office Interiors reserves the right to replace the damaged item without offering a refund. We will be happy to replace any parts that may have been damaged. Packages once opened cannot be returned. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective parts to facilitate processing of the replacement parts. This helps us to identify the parts that may have been damaged and to expeditiously resolve your problem.
A Consumer Service representative can be reached at 631-270-4488 for Return Authorization and help arrange for the return shipment of unopened packages. No credits can be authorized until the damaged pieces have been sent back and received by LPS Office Interiors.
If an unopened item is returned, , a return-shipping fee of 30% will be deducted from your original purchase price and deducted from your credit.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days of our receipt of the item being returned. Please return all items in the original packaging.
We ONLY accept return requests within 2 business days of when your item was received.
